Residents will get a chance to quiz Barnet LBC leader, Cllr Richard Cornelius, over the London borough's controversial outsourcing plans at a meeting on 8 November.
The first phase of the council's One Barnet programme will see around 700 finance, revenue and benefits and other back office staff transferred to either Capita or BT, when the contract is awarded in December.
