The 10 south-east Wales councils have outlined their shared ambition for leading the public services change agenda. At a Connecting South East, Wales Board meeting, leaders, chief executives and partners committed to a revolutionary programme of reform to introduce shared services and cross-boundary activities to improve local public services.
