The Learning and Skills Council (LSC) has accepted a formal offer to become part of the Basildon Renaissance Partnership. The partnership also includesBasildon DC, the DCLG, EEDA, Essex CC and Thames Gateway South East. ‘Education and skills is such a vital component in our regeneration vision and places for the future,' said partnership chairman, Chris Balch.
