A High Court judge has dismissed a legal case against Leeds City Council over allegations of procurement breaches regarding the building of the new Leeds Arena.
Mr Justice Supperstone rejected claims brought by Montpellier Estates Ltd against Leeds City Council over the procurement process for the venue, which opens in September with a concert by Sir Elton John.
