The City Deal for the Leeds region was finalised this week, with a formal signing ceremony attended by the cities minister, Greg Clark.
Central government and the 11 local authorities of the Leeds City Region are now committed to delivering on the deal, under which new powers and funding are devolved to the region from Whitehall.
