Leeds City Council has voiced concerns over delays in rehousing asylum-seekers under a contract managed by G4S.
In March, the UK Border Agency (UKBA) awarded G4S and Serco contracts to provide accommodation and support services to asylum-seekers in the Midlands, the north of England and Scotland.
