The Government has asked Leeds City Council to review funding arrangements for the Little London, Beeston Hill and Holbeck redevelopment project with preferred bidder, sustainable communities for Leeds.
'The council has moved quickly to respond to this challenge and our preferred bidder is working bard to identify a viable alternative solution, which should achieve better value for money over the project's lifespan,' said executive board member for neighbourhoods, Cllr Peter Gruen.
