Leeds City Council is leading the way in public sector ICT innovation. Speaking at the Innovision – the Innovation Odyssey conference organised by the council's ICT department, Professor Heinz Wolff, from Brunel University, said: ‘In order for innovation to be successful one must take risks and that is exactly what Leeds is doing.
