Members of Cheshire West and Chester Council's executive are expected to give the green light this week to a £31m investment project for new leisure facilities in Chester and Ellesmere Port.

Executive member for culture and recreation, Cllr Stuart Parker, said the council would now look for a suitable strategic partner to help deliver the investment.
