Isle of Wight Council has spent around £9m on Sunesis pre-designed schools from Willmott Dixon and Scape.
‘Sunesis means that the best-possible price can be offered, because the guesswork is removed and everything is upfront,' said Scape chief executive, Mark Robinson. ‘We're delighted the Isle of Wight is the latest authority to recognise the value of our approach.'
