Teachers in East Renfrewshire take fewer sick days than school staff across the rest of the country, according to a new report from Audit Scotland.

Figures from Audit Scotland revealed that teachers from the local authority took 2.8% of their working days off sick, compared with the Scottish average of 3.8%.
