Law firm, Trowers & Hamlins LLP, has advised Blackpool Council on its £46m Building Schools for the Future (BSF) project, which completed on 19 November.

The project will see the delivery of a new-build school and extensive remodelling of a second building, together with information and communication technology (ICT) investment across the borough's secondary schools, and the provision of facilities-management services.
