The Local Government Association (LGA) has embarked on detailed contract negotiations with outsourcing partner Liberata to reduce the value of its outsourced contract for back office services.
Liberata recently agreed to shave £250,000 from the annual cost of its £6.8m contract for providing IT, finance and facilities management services to Smith Square.
