The Local Government Association (LGA) has published a prospectus outlining how it could represent police and crime commissioners when they come into force in November.
Smith Square hopes to represent the commissioners under the banner of a new Police and Crime Commissioners' Association and is offering a range of services, including training and development and staff negotiations.
