The LGA has unveiled a list of confirmed speakers for its annual conference in Bournemouth at the start of July. Among those due to speak are local government secretary, Hazel Blears; Tory leader, David Cameron; Lib Dem leader, Nick Clegg; and television agony aunt, Clare Rayner.
