The Lib Dems have seized control of Surrey’s shadow authorities as the county prepares for unitarisation in April.

The Lib Dems have seized control of Surrey's shadow authorities as the county prepares for unitarisation in April.

They won 56 of the 90 seats to West Surrey and 40 of the 72 to East Surrey.
