Liberata counts cost Liberata has been forced to send out apologies to pensioners in Sheffield and donate £1,000 to Age Concern, after sending them letters demanding cash be paid back to the firm. The letters went out in June to elderly residents asking them to pay back as little as 6p. Sheffield City Council will also deduct an undisclosed fee from its next payment to the contractor.
