The Arts Council and the Local Government Association announced this week the award of £230,000 to fund 13 library projects, many through local authorities, under the Libraries Development Initiative (LDI).
The LDI rewards schemes exploring innovative ways of creating a modern, sustainable library service, in co-operation with other arts and cultural organisations.
