Local government contractor Mouchel has said it is 'well positioned' to bid again for services at Lincolnshire CC after the local authority put them out again for tender.
The county council announced on 6 February it will be shortly tendering for the back office services, which are currently provided under contract by Mouchel until the current contract ends in 2015. Lincolnshire CC's executive member for finance and HR, Cllr Kelly Smith, said the authority has decided to offer a number of smaller contracts, instead of a single all-encompassing one.
