Telecommunications company Executel is to undertake a complete overhaul of Berwick-upon-Tweed BC's internal voice network. ‘The new telephony solution is a significant investment for the council, but one that will provide leading-edge technology and greatly assist efficient running of its operations,' said account manager, Marcus Ayres.
