Minister Ruth Kelly and Sir Michael Lyons will speak at the Local Government Association's Driving improvement for people and places conference next month. The event takes place at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Nottingham on 6 and 7 March. Other speakers include Tony Travers, from the London School of Economics, and Michael O'Higgins, chair of the Audit Commission.
