Charity street collectors are about to face tough new regulations in Liverpool city centre.
The City Central Business Improvement District (BID) has informed the Public Fundraising Regulatory Association (PRFA) that from 1 April onwards, collectors will only be able to use two sites in the centre on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays only.
