Ongoing regeneration projects in Liverpool will create more than 12,000 jobs in the city, according to a new council report.
The study, which was presented by Liverpool mayor Joe Anderson to a select committee on 22 November, states £275m of regeneration schemes have been completed since the start of the year and £800m are currently ongoing. More than 9,700 construction jobs and 2,400 permanent jobs are being created as a result of these projects.
