Camden LBC piloting video podcasts of council meetings for three months, and if successful it could become a permanent feature. Herefordshire Council has set up a ‘dogs reunited' website, with pictures of dogs picked up on the street who need to be reunited with their owners. Hampshire CC's annual Hantsweb Awards has content on YouTube. Thanet DC has a YouTube page and this week launched their ‘Thanet is Beautiful' competition, inviting residents to upload videos of the district on the page. Sedgemoor DC posted a video on YouTube as part of its campaign against unitary status for Somerset CC. Monmouthshire CC has a MySpace page for its shire hall restoration project at www.myspace.com.shirehall.
