The leader of Wellingborough BC has been forced to call a meeting with Northamptonshire CC amid residents' concerns over plans to turn off streetlights as part of a savings drive.
Northamptonshire CC approved the lighting plan, which would save the authority around £2m, in February, but ward-level politicians pledged to monitor public reaction closely.
