A London borough has been told the shout more loudly about its achievements and prospects so as to overcome recruitment problems.
The Local Government Association's corporate peer challenge report said Barking and Dagenham LBC should ‘think about developing and promoting an employer brand, focusing on its positive borough story and reputation for innovation'.
