Chairman of the LGA improvement board, David Parsons, has hit out at the LGA for allegedly being too London-centric.
Cllr Parsons, who is also leader of Leicestershire CC, held the latest improvement board meeting at Lancashire CC, and claimed it was ‘precisely the direction the LGA itself should take'.
