NILGA has called on assembly leaders to help ensure Northern Ireland becomes a branded ‘European enterprise region' in 2014.
In an evidence submission presented to the Office of the First Minister and Deputy First Minister (OFMDFM) committee, the umbrella group also asked for greater co-ordination and management of EU funds to ensure local businesses and social enterprises benefited from procurement policies.
