Lords grant right of possession The ~House of Lords~ has upheld Lambeth LBC's claims for possession against a number of short-life occupants of London and Quadrant Housing Trust. The Law Lords found the council had an unqualified right to possession of the land. They also found in favour of ~Leeds City Council~ which had evicted a family of travellers from a recreation field.
