The Dumfries and Galloway Housing Partnership has selected Lovell as its preferred bidder for a £25m five-year repairs contract.
The deal, if formally awarded, would see Lovell provide a repairs service for more then 10,200 households, starting from April 2013. The new contract will run for five years, with the option of a further two-year extension.
