Lovell hires new operations manager

Housing developer Lovell has appointed Eddie Costello as operations manager for the company's housing business in London.

Housing developer Lovell has appointed Eddie Costello as operations manager for the company's newbuild, mixed tenure, regeneration and refurbishment housing business in London.

He joins Lovell from Country & Metropolitan Homes where he was construction director.
