Hammersmith and Fulham LBC has claimed a 3% council tax cut means local charges have decreased by 17% in the last seven years and residents' bills are the third lowest in the country.
Cllr Nicholas Botterill, Hammersmith and Fulham leader said: 'From a lower cost base, we are now able to respond rapidly to the needs of our customers – just like the best companies in the private sector do.'
