The local authority-owned Manchester Airport Group (MAG) has sold its majority stake in Humberside Airport to the Eastern Group for an undisclosed amount.
North Lincolnshire Council will retain its minority stake in the airport, while MAG will concentrate on its other airports in Manchester, East Midlands and Bournemouth.
