The Leadbitter group has won a £5m contract to build affordable homes for Merlin Homes in Brynmar, South Wales.
The development will include six bungalows and 26 one, two and three-storey homes, with high levels of insulation and photovoltaic panels on many of the roofs designed to help meet Level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
