Property consultant, Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH), has been awarded a five-year contract with Hertfordshire CC.
Under the management contract, LSH will be responsible for council's corporate estate, which comprises around 850 properties. These include a portfolio of care homes, group homes and other assets.
