Support service company Enterprise has been selected by Manchester City Council, in a joint venture with the council, as preferred bidder to provide the city's waste and recycling collection services, starting in February, on a seven-year contract. The waste-collection services will cover 212,000 households in the city, and all existing staff will transfer to a new company EnterpriseManchester Partnership Limited. Enterprise has also just extended its streetcare contract at Solihull MBC.
