Birmingham City Council has awarded Balfour Beatty's Mansell division contracts for 12 building projects, worth a total of £20m, under the Constructing West Midlands framework.

The projects include the £3m refurbishment of the Bournville Baths Swimming Pool and repairs to various flats and maisonettes.
