Westminster City Council has unveiled a replica Marble Arch built from litter illegally dropped on Bond Street, Regent Street and Oxford Street in one 24-hour period.

Artist, Miguel Romo, said the project would help ‘raise awareness of the social and moral responsibility we all have to our environment'.
