Leeds City Council has signed a five-year contract with IT firm Northgate for a new master data management service. The contract will include consultancy, advice and project management to merge existing data on various systems on to a new centralised system of master records. ‘This project will enable us to reach out to citizens who the council have been less successful in engaging with, and we are delighted to be working with Northgate,' said council leader, Mark Harris.
