The County Councils Network (CCN) has announced Lincolnshire CC leader Cllr Sean Matthews as its chair elect.

The County Councils Network (CCN) has announced Lincolnshire CC leader Cllr Sean Matthews as its chair elect.

It comes after Matthews was nominated as leader of the Reform UK group on the CCN.
