Cllr Anthony Ramsay is the new mayor of Barking and Dagenham LBC. He was officially made mayor at the annual ceremonial council meeting on 18 May.
Cllr Ramsay, aged 57, has been a member of the council since 2010, and has lived in the borough for more than 33 years.
