Rutland Council is to seek an injunction against a group of its own councillors, ‘to prevent harassment of the chief executive and other officers'.
The decision follows e-mails sent to officers and councillors from three independent members of the central England authority – Nick Wainwright, Richard Gale and David Richardson, who together formed the Rutland Anti-Corruption Group.
