Two members of Surrey CC have been asked to stand down from the cabinet and ordered to appear before the authority's standards committee.
Surrey's cabinet member for the Olympics, Denise Saliagopoulos, and the authority's transport and environment boss, Ian Lake, failed to immediately declare their interest in the firm Charter House Chancery – which offers Olympics hospitality packages.
