The London Assembly has agreed to investigate migration issues in London, including illegal human trafficking. Proposing the motion at the assembly last week, member Darren Johnson said: ‘Thousands of hard-working migrants make a valuable contribution to London's economy and enrich social life in the capital, yet many undocumented migrants are subject to exploitation by unscrupulous employers.'
