Two local authority areas, one from the North and the other from the South, emerge as best places to do business in England according to analysis by researchers Local Futures in The MJ this week.
Milton Keynes comes out top in An Inward Investment Guide to England followed by Warrington. Other areas in the top ten include South Cambridgeshire, Swindon and Derby.
