The Government has unveiled a toolkit to improve the delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects.
Developed by Infrastructure UK, with the University of Leeds, the toolkit aims to ensure the delivery of 15% savings by 2015 across the sector – as originally outlined in the Cost Review programme.
