The ~Audit Commission~ has published new reports on the performance of Mid Devon DC, Shepway DC and Chester-le-Street DC. Both Mid Devon and Shepway councils got mixed verdicts from the ~Audit Commission~ while Chester-le-Street was judged to have made good progress.
