A spirit of entente cordiale is thriving between Rotherham and Russia, despite national political tensions. South Yorkshire business adviser, Martyn Benson, has just returned from a mission to Yubileyny, near Moscow, to impart the secrets of the ‘Rotherham model'. Mr Benson, who heads the Investment and Development Office and Rotherham Youth Enterprise, was invited to explain business incubation to local government representatives.
