Manchester City Council has opened a book of condolence in memory of disability rights campaigner Lord Alfred Morris, who died earlier this month.

‘Lord Morris dedicated his life to public service and battled indefatigably for the rights of disabled people,' said Manchester's lord mayor, Cllr Elaine Boyes.
