The recent announcement that the Rolling Stones are to return to London's Hyde Park on 6 July has caused a lack of local government satisfaction in Westminster.

The London borough offered residents a limited number of tickets 24 hours before they went on sale to the general public last week, which were snapped up quicker than you can say 'start me up'.
